THE COMPANY

KCVT Limited is an engineering company offering advanced technologies in production of chemical fertilizers from prilling to design and modernization of existing prilling constructions. The company was established in 1992 as Trojka Limited. Since 2005 we have been known as KCVT.

The vibro-prilling technology has been developed since 1970s in research work by Professor Borys Kholin of Sumy Technical University. During that time, numerous urea and ammonium nitrate plants across the USRR and Europe have been equipped with Vibro-prilling installations that are still in successful operation giving a fertilizer product of the highest quality.

Since 1992 our team, with Mr. Kholin as a Research Leader, have been constantly developing and improving the vibro-prilling technology. Research and innovation play a very important role in our activity. The company has developed and implemented technologies for prilling towers of different designs and sizes. Extensive knowledge and experience of our team allow us to approach each case individually, designing solutions optimal for the production conditions and product requirements.
